A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday May 21,1988 at 3 PM in St. Michael’s Anglican Church, 409 East Broadway, Vancouver. Rev. Walter Bayley officiating. Flowers gratefully declined in favour of donations to the B.C. Heart Fund.4

Kenneth Joseph Zoeller died on 29 October 1966 in Bethesda, Maryland, at the age of 684 and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Arlington County, Virginia.5

Kenneth J. Zoeller, 69, a traffic management specialist with the federal government for 12 years, died of an apparent heart attack Saturday while playing golf at the Bethesda Country Club.
Mr. Zoeller retired as chief of the negotiation and representation branch of the General Services Administration's, transportation and communication service in 1965.
He joined the Army in 1917 and served on the Mexican border. During World War I he was with the 2nd Division in France.
After the war, Mr. Zoeller joined the Federal Traffic Board and two years later became a senior land-grant rate clerk, beginning his career in traffic management.
During World War II he served in North Africa, Sicily and Italy with the Army Transportation Corps. He was a lieutenant colonel when he left the Army.
Mr. Zoeller was graduated from the old National University with a bachelor of laws and was a member of the D.C. Bar.
He was a life member of the Federal Traffic Club and a member of the American Society of Traffic and Transportation and the Traffic Club of Washington.
Mr. Zoeller lived at 4611 4th St. NW.
He leaves his wife, Marjorie S., a son, John, and a daughter, Mrs. John Mahan of 3811 39th St. NW.4
