Holmes.1 Helen Gibson Weaver married firstly Charles Ephraim Stearns on 27 April 1899 in Boston, Massachusetts.2 Helen Gibson Weaver and Charles Ephraim Stearns were divorced circa 1913; This divorce case, some eight years later, formed part of the indictment against Nathan A. Tufts, a district attorney of Middlesex County. Attorney-General v. Tufts, 239 Mass. 458.3 Helen Gibson Weaver married secondly Benjamin Bowman Sewall, son of Benjamin Bowman Sewall and Dulcenia Harris, on 4 June 1919 in Manhattan, New York.4 Helen Gibson Weaver died on 6 April 1944 in Alexandria, Virginia, at the age of 655 and was buried on 10 April 1944 in Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia.6,7

Mrs. Helen W. Sewall. 65. past national president of the Daughters of the United States Army, today at her home in Beverly Hills, Va., after an illness of several months. She was the daughter of the late Maj. Gen. Erasmus Morgan Weaver, former Coast Artillery chief.
Mrs. Bewail was the wife of Benjamin B. Sewall, who is connected with the Transportation Corps of the War Department. He was at her bedside when she died, as were her daughter, Mrs. Bruce Rowland of Toronto. Canada, and her two granddaughters, Miss Persus Rowland, a student at Marjorie Webster School, and Miss Joyce Rowland, who accompanied her mother from Canada two weeks ago.
Reared on Army posts throughout the country. Mrs. Sewall was intimately acquainted with many of America's most famous military men, close friends of her father, who was one of the Army's leading ballistic experts.
Mrs. Sewall also is survived by a brother, Maj. Gen. Walter Reed Weaver, retired, former chief of the technical training command of the Army Air Forces. and a sister, Mrs. Duncan Stewart, both of New York. The Evening Star, 4 April 1944.8

Webb married secondly Edward Wales Sewall, son of Dr. Francis Lewis Sewall and Sarah Angelica (Ann) Singleton, in 1904.4,5,6 Fannie B. Webb died on 6 September 1913 at the Buena Vista Spring Hotel, Washington, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, at the age of 57 and her funeral took place from her home 2314 Austin Street, Galveston. Her remains were shipped to Bryan for internment, however The Bryan Daily Eagle and Pilot says that the funeral took place directly from the train. On the other hand her death certificate states that she died in Heuston of chronic nephritis.7,8,9,2

Admiral Charles Webber was born on 29 August 1722.2 He was the son of Robert Webber and Mary (Unknown).1 Admiral Charles Webber was christened on 11 September 1722 at St. James, Piccadily, London, one of his God-parents was Charles Lennox, 2nd Duke of Richmond and Gordon.2,3 He married Anne Vining Heron, daughter of Patrick Heron and Martha Bide, on 27 April 1770 in St. Faith's, Havant, Hampshire, the transcription of the same source also gives a date of 27 July 1769.4 Admiral Charles Webber made a will on 8 April 1780. He was appointed on 26 September 1780, Rear Admiral of the White.5 He died on 23 May 1783 in Bryanstone Street, London, at the age of 60; on 21 November of the same year (three days before she remarried) his widow petitioned the government for a pension.6 Probate was granted on 5 June 1783 at London.

Charles Webber was appointed in June 1829, domestic Chaplain to the Duke of Richmond.4 He married Caroline Webber, daughter of Robert Webber, on 3 March 1840 in Rickmansworth his father officiating.5 Rev. Charles Webber died on 6 March 1850 in Sidmouth at the age of 55.1,6

Charles Webber married Mary Peirson, daughter of Francis Peirson and Sarah Cogdell, on 18 November 1789 in St. George's, Hanover Square, a marriage settlement relating to fifth part of Manor of Mowthorpe Grainge and property at Mothrope, Ulram, Ellerby, Beverley, Swine, Duggleby and Kirby Grindalyth was signed the previous day.4 Ven. Charles Webber died on 15 June 1848 in Boxgrove, Sussex, at the age of 86.5,6
