The estate is valued in the petition for probate at more than $10,000 in realty and $1,000 in personal property. The will left the estate for life to a daughter, Ethel Mount Sewall, but she predeceased mother, dying on Jan. 22, 1927, whereas the will was drawn the previous year.
By the terms of the will, the estate now passes to the two grand children, Barbara Mount Sewall and Elinor Sewall, who are living with Edith S. Callan, a relative, at 20 Beech Tree Lane. Bronxville.
The daughter and the New York Trust Company were named executors and in the death of the former the latter has qualified and will administer the estate in the interest of the two young grandchildren.3
