Dr. John Meye, Bishop of Carlisle was born circa 1526 in Suffolk.² He married Amy Vowell, daughter of William Vowell of Creake Abbey, Norfolk and Margaret Hymerford. Dr. John Meye, Bishop of Carlisle was translated in 1577 Bishop of Carlisle. He died on 15 February 1597/98 in Rose Castle, Carlisle, probably of the plague.³ He was buried on 15 February 1597/98 in Carlisle.³

     John Meye of Shouldham Abbey, Norfolk was the son of Dr. John Meye, Bishop of Carlisle and Amy Vowell.¹

     George V.S. Michaelis was born in 1873.² He married Harriet Manley, daughter of Joseph Homan Manley and Susan Hannah Cony, on 17 December 1905.¹ His name apparently changed to Woodbridge, as did that of his children. George V.S. Michaelis died in 1927.²

     George Vail Shepard Michaelis was born on 9 January 1908 in Garden City, New York.¹ He was the son of George V.S. Michaelis and Harriet Manley.¹

     Henry Sewall Michaelis was born on 20 September 1906 in New York City.¹ He was the son of George V.S. Michaelis and Harriet Manley.¹

     John Lundie Michie was born on 4 June 1882 in Crathie, Scotland. He married Isabella Harriet Crombie Sword, daughter of Thomas Stevenson Sword and Adele Serenette Cameron, in Stanthorpe. He was a Professor of Ancient Languages, University of Queensland? John Lundie Michie died in June 1945.

     Ann Amelia Middlebrook was born on 13 March 1841 in Trumbull, Connecticut.¹ She married Edwin O. Sewall, son of James Crosby Sewall and Martha Titcomb, on 29 April 1863.¹ Ann Amelia Middlebrook died on 16 March 1873 in Manhattan, New York, at the age of 32.¹

     Esther Middlebrook married Edward Wigglesworth on 27 October 1629 in Lincolnshire.

     Edward Middlecott was born in 1680.² He was the son of Richard Middlecott and Sarah Winslow.¹

     Jane Middlecott was born on 16 September 1682 in Boston, Massachusetts, though Saltonstall has her birth-place as Warminster, Wiltshire.^1,2,3 She was the daughter of Richard Middlecott and Sarah Winslow.¹ Jane Middlecott married Elisha Cooke Jr., son of Dr. Elisha Cooke and Elizabeth Leverett, on 7 January 1702/3 in Boston.^2,3 Jane Middlecott died in September 1743.²

     Mary Middlecott was born on 1 July 1674 in Boston.¹ She was the daughter of Richard Middlecott and Sarah Winslow.¹ Mary Middlecott married Henry Gibbs circa 1696.² Mary Middlecott married Othaniel Haggat in 1702 in Barbados.² Mary Middlecott died in June 1718 at the age of 43 at sea on passage to Boston.²

     A merchant in Boston.² Richard Middlecott was born circa 1640 in Warminster, Wiltshire.^3,2 He was the son of Edward Middlecott and Mary (Unknown).⁴ Richard Middlecott married Sarah Winslow, daughter of John Winslow and Mary Chilton, in 1672 in Boston.^4,5 Richard Middlecott died on 13 June 1704 in Boston, Massachusetts.³

     Sarah Middlecott was born on 20 May 1678 in Boston.¹ She was the daughter of Richard Middlecott and Sarah Winslow.¹ Sarah Middlecott married Lewis Boucher in 1702 in Boston, Massachusetts.²

     Elizabeth Ward Middleton was born on 26 July 1795 in Locust Hill, near Nanjemoy Creek, Charles County, Maryland.² She was the daughter of Samuel Ward Middleton and Catherine Taliaferro Hooe.² Elizabeth Ward Middleton married firstly William Adams on 23 September 1817.³ Elizabeth Ward Middleton married secondly William Sewall, son of General Henry Sewall and Tabitha Sewall, on 9 August 1821 at Washington, District of Columbia, the ceremony was conducted by Rev. McCormick, an Episcopal minister, at the Queen's Hotel. At the wedding were present Dr. Thomas Sewall's family and the Misses Mary and Emelyn Webster (also relatives), Miss Mary Webster was bridesmaid and Horatio Ward was groomsman.^1,2,4 Elizabeth Ward Middleton died on 5 October 1874 in at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.H. Goodell, Chandlerville, Illinois, at the age of 79² and is buried in Chandlerville Cemetery, Chandlerville, Cass County, Illinois.⁵

     Samuel Ward Middleton was born on 4 September 1755 in Charles County, Maryland.² He married Catherine Taliaferro Hooe circa 1790.^1,3

     Mehitable Mighill married Rev. Ebenezer Dutch on 18 August 1780 in Rowley, Massachusetts.¹ Mehitable Mighill was buried on 31 December 1794.²
