He was baptised on 19 November 1639.3 He was the son of Thomas Huntbach of Seawall and Anne Astley of Woodeaton.4 John Huntbach de Seawall married Mary Gough, daughter of John Gough of Oldfallings and Margaret Wedgwood, on 21 October 1658.5,3 In Grazebrook's transcription of A Coppy of the Arms taken in the Visitation of Ye County of Stafford, Made in Anno 1663 et 1664 by William Dugdale we find: Gules, a.fesse or, fretty of the field, between three talbot's heads erased argent. Crest: A talbot's head erased [argent?] collared [gules ?] fretty [or ?] John Huntbach, de Seawell aet. 24 an., a°. 1663.6 John Huntbach de Seawall died on 9 February 1704 at the age of 64.3 He was buried on 13 February 1704 in Bushbury, Staffordshire.
